2.1. The Client agrees to provide accurate and complete information necessary for the provision of Services.
2.2. The Client is responsible for obtaining all necessary permissions and licenses for content used on the website.
2.3. The Client shall provide timely feedback and approvals during the development process.

3. Payments :

3.1. The Client agrees to pay the Company the fees specified in the proposal or agreement for the Services
3.2. Payments shall be made according to the payment schedule agreed upon by both parties.
3.3. Failure to make payments may result in suspension or termination of Services.

4. Intellectual Property :

4.1. The Company retains ownership of all intellectual property rights related to the Services, including but not limited to code, designs, and graphics.
4.2. Upon full payment, the Client will own the website design and content created specifically for the Client.

5. Confidentiality

5.1. Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the provision of Services.
5.2. The confidentiality obligation shall survive the termination of these Terms.

6. Limitation of Liability :

6.1. The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to the Services.
6.2. The total liability of the Company shall not exceed the total fees paid by the Client for the Services.

7. Termination :

7.1. Either party may terminate the agreement upon written notice if the other party breaches any material term of these Terms.
7.2. Upon termination, the Client shall pay any outstanding fees for Services provided.

8. Amendments :

8.1. The Company reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.
8.2. Continued use of the Services and Website after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes.

9. Governing Law :

9.1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

10. Entire Agreement :

10.1. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the parties and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
